Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Color Edit Pro website or placing any order. By submitting images or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services
Color Edit Pro provides professional photo and video editing services including background removal, clipping path, image masking, photo retouching, ghost mannequin, colour correction, image manipulation, vector conversion, and video editing. All services are subject to availability and our ability to fulfil your specific requirements.
2. Orders and Payment
Orders are confirmed by email. Prices are quoted per image based on service type and complexity, in USD. Payment is due before delivery unless you have an approved credit account. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer.
3. Delivery
Standard delivery is 24–48 hours as specified per service. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Delivery times are estimates. Color Edit Pro is not liable for delays caused by technical issues or circumstances outside our control.
4. Revisions
Free revisions are included on every order within the original brief. Revisions that significantly change the original instructions may be quoted separately. Revision requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all images you submit. By submitting, you confirm you have the right to share them for editing. Color Edit Pro will not use your images for any other purpose without your explicit written consent.
6. Confidentiality
All client files and communications are treated as confidential. Your data is not shared with any third party beyond what is required to fulfil your order. NDAs are available on request.
7. Limitation of Liability
Color Edit Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
